SPECIAL REVENUE OR RESTRICTED FUNDS
The eleven restricted funds were established to account for proceeds from specific revenue
sources that are restricted to specific expenditures. They are as follows:
• Special Projects Fund
• Hotel-Motel Tax Fund
• Park Donation Fund
• Fire Grant Fund
• Police Grant Fund
• Municipal Court Building Security Fund
• Municipal Court Technology Fund
• Juvenile Case Manager Fund
• Commercial Vehicle Safety Fund
• Traffic Signal Safety Fund
• Cable and Video Provider PEG Fee Fund
