FY2022 SALARY SCHEDULE Based on the results from the City of Fort Worth’s Biannual Benchmark Survey for this year, the salary structures for non-exempt, exempt and exempt IT positions were reviewed and compared to reflect job market conditions for pay structures and salaries for public and private sector organizations.
