FUND PURPOSE AND GOALS
Public Improvement District (PID) #12 - Chapel Hill was established on March 23, 2004 to encompass the Chapel
Hill neighborhood which includes approximately 1,346 acres. The Chapel Hill PID was created to support the
anticipated economic development of the area and to provide additional neighborhood amenities.
The funds are utilized primarily for utility expenditures, management fees, and pond maintenance.
