FUND PURPOSE AND GOALS
The City of Fort Worth Municipal Golf Fund, managed by the Golf and Athletics Division of the Park & Recreation
Department, provides enjoyable, safe, and comprehensive golf programs through three municipally-owned golf
courses: Pecan Valley, Meadowbrook, and Rockwood Park. On October 1, 2019, the Sycamore Creek location
ceased operations as a golf course and was converted to public parkland.
Pecan Valley Golf Course is a 36-hole facility located in the southwest part of the city with a fully-equipped pro
shop, snack shop, and driving range. An expansive outdoor pavilion is also available to handle large tournaments
and corporate outings.
