needed to the CUP resulting in the reduction of operational expenses.
FY2022 DISCUSSION
FY2022 Adopted budget includes a decrease in lease revenue and recovery of utilities by $226K related to one less
tenant and reduced revenues associated with GDC’s bankruptcy. The budget also reflects an approximately $342K
decrease in expenses related to contractual services and utilities. This results in a reduction of $115k in the use of
fund balance.
