Subject: Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Budget Information
Date: September 24, 2021
At our last Council meeting on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 you requested some changes to
the budget. Staff worked diligently and I present the following as it relates to items to be
included in the FY 2021-2022 budget:
1. $370,000 - 5% City of Forest Hill employee raise
2. $50,000 - City of Forest Hill Park improvements
3. $25,000 - Forest Hill Civic & Convention Center improvements
These items will increase the proposed budget by approximately $442,000 dollars.
This increase will reduce the City reserve fund balance to approximately 50 days of annual
operating expenditures for the General Fund.
