MEETINGS
The Board of Directors meets once each month or as requested.
QUORUM
A majority of all members constitutes a quorum.
OFFICERS
The Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors elects a President, Vice-President, and
Secretary from its members; officers are elected on an annual basis.
