                 30 0 9  Glenwood  C ourt  -   A fter  yea rs  of  zoning  a nd  code  viola tions  a ssocia ted  with  m ultiple  illega lly  constructed
                 structures  in  the  rea r  ya rd  of  30 0 9  Glenwood,  the  C ity  of  Bedford  wa s  gra nted  a   tem pora ry  injunction  by  the
                                th
                 Ta rra nt  C ounty  67    District  C ourt  in  ea rly  Februa ry  20 21,  which  required  the  rem ova l  of  these  structures  by  the
                 property  owner  within  30   da ys.  When  the  structures  were  not  rem oved  a fter  thirty  da ys,  the  C ity  wa s  gra nted
                 perm ission  to  rem ove  the  structures  a nd  return  the  property  to  its  origina l  sta te.  The  rem ova l  of  the  structures  wa s
                 done  in  ea rly  Ma rch  20 21.  A dditiona l  viola tions  on  the  property  included  open  sewa ge  collection,  da ngerous
                 electrica l  wiring,  tra sh,  a nd  debris.  P rior  to  the  rem ova l,  the  C ity  ha d  m a de  num erous  a ttem pts  with  the
