Blue Fit is a unique program created to support the 40
physical and mental well‐being of APD’s officers. The 20
program is led by a professional licensed fitness ‐
trainer and includes 90‐minute health and wellness 1st Qtr 2nd Qtr 3rd Qtr 4th Qtr
classes over the span of 12 weeks. The classes

include exercise, nutrition, mental health topics, and

Blue Chip is a no‐cost program to generate
awareness and serve as a way for our officers to 200
