Crime Rate Reduction Project:
The City of Arlington has experienced a reduction in
crime for the past seven years. Sustaining this Crimes Against Person*

began reporting data as part of the National Incident‐
Based Reporting System (NIBRS). This system
captures more detailed information for each single Crime Rate Reduction Project:
crime occurrence rather than the traditional Crimes Against Property*
Summary Uniform Crime Report (UCR), which is

NIBRS format to the Texas Department of Public Crimes Against Society*
Safety and receives a Summary UCR (Part I) report in
