FY 2019/2020 Revised Budget

The Special Investigations fund accounts for the receipt and use of asset forfeitures from criminal
cases awarded by a judge. Revenues for the FY 2019/2020 Revised decreased by ($70,000) or
(26.7%) due to a reduction in anticipated forfeiture funds based on collection trend.

Special Investigation Fund revised expenditures remained flat with the FY 2019/2020 Adopted
Budget. An appropriation of fund balance in amount of $177,800 was included in the Revised
Budget to balance the fund.

FY 2020/2021 Adopted Budget

Revenues total $84,500 and reflect down ($177,800) or (67.8%) from the FY 2019/2020
Adopted Budget. Forfeited Funds are anticipated to be down by ($70,000) based on the
anticipated collection trend. $182,800 in appropriation of fund balance is included in the FY
2020/2021 budget to balance the fund.

Expenditures total $267,300 which an increase of $5,000 compared to the FY 2019/2020
Adopted Budget. The increase is for additional uniform needs identified in FY
2020/2021.
