This section provides a summary of the annual
principal and interest payments for all outstanding
bonded debt and capital leases.
The Town’s debt is funded through dedicated,
self-supporting revenue streams such as
sales tax revenues.
The Town issues general obligation bonds and
certificates of obligation to provide for the
acquisition and construction of major capital
facilities and infrastructure.
