vacant property and improve the quality of older
           areas and infrastructure.

             Objectives:

                 Develop City Point Area

                 Revitalize residential neighborhoods

 Ensure compliance with quality housing standards

 Identify and implement potential incentives for developers to redevelop residential
housing and commercial properties in specific areas of the community.

             Accomplishments:

 Over the past two years city staff, council, and residents have worked on the Vision2030
strategic plan for the City of North Richland Hills. This plan focuses on all aspects of
comprehensive community planning and focuses on the next decade in NRH. Vision2030
is a testament to the hard work and dedication of city council and staff to the residents on
                    North Richland Hills.

 The 2018 Fix It Blitz completed 30 projects across the city helping senior citizens,
veterans, and disabled residents in need.

 The first phase of the City Point development is underway. A multifamily community
known as “26 @ City Point” is being constructed by AG Spanos Company on the 10 acres
west of City Hall. The remaining property is in the design stage for a mix of uses including
                    residential, restaurants and commercial.

 Since the Neighborhood Revitalization Program began in 2015, 24 homes have been
completed resulting in over $2.1 million in increased property value within the target area.
The total incentive paid to participants by the city has been $239,740. There are two
homes under construction at this time, which will result in an additional estimated increase
                    in value of $221,000.
