                                                        $23.50   $501-$2,000 cv – First $500, plus $3.05 for each additional $100 or
                                                        fraction thereof to and including $2,000; 65% of building permit fee (BPF) for
                                                        plan review; plus $50/year contractor registration;

                                                        $69.25    $2,001-$25,000 cv − First $2,000, plus $14 for each additional
                                                        $1,000 or fraction thereof to and including $25,000; 65% of BPF for plan

                                                        Council (ICC) which utilizes regional building valuation data upon which
                                                        commercial building permit fees will be determined (see Attachment A).
