Section 4: THAT, the City Council of the City of Keller, hereby
ratifies the property tax revenue increase of $ 527, 287
to be raised from new property added to the tax roll
for 2019 ( Fiscal Year 2019- 20) for the City of Keller,
Texas.

Section 5: THAT, the City Council of the City of Keller, hereby
ratifies the property tax revenue decrease of $ 99, 741
to be raised from existing properties on the tax roll
for 2019 ( Fiscal Year 2019- 20) for the City of Keller,
Texas.

AND IT IS SO RESOLVED.

Passed by a vote of 7 to 0 on this the 17th day of September, 2019.
