               MISSION STATEMENT

               The Site Maintenance Division is dedicated to providing high levels of landscape maintenance at
               the eleven water well sites and pump stations for the Enterprise Operations.

               DIVISION DESCRIPTION


               The Parks Division (Site Maintenance Enterprise Fund) is responsible for the maintenance of the
               City’s eleven water well sites, water storage facilities, cemeteries and right-of-ways. Maintenance
               responsibilities including mowing, weed eating, edging, and trash pick-up are currently outsourced
               to private contractors. All Parks Division crews participate in the initial phase and the maintenance
               of irrigation systems, botanicals and special projects.



               PRIOR YEAR RESULTS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

                    Installation & maintenance of landscape materials at Well Sites.
                    Added new Pipeline medians to our regular irrigation program.
                    City-wide landscape and turf irrigation maintenance.



               FUTURE INITIATIVES

                    Landscape Improvements to Parker Cemetery.
                    Add new TXDOT ROW properties and medians created during the HWY 10 corridor
                      renovation from 820 to Precinct Line.
                    Add new TXDOT ROW properties and medians created during the HWY 10 corridor
                      expansion from Precinct Line to Brown Trail.
                    Add new TXDOT ROW properties and medians created during the HWY 820 expansion
                      at HWY 10.
