Goal: Provide responsive and innovative services to our customers.

Objectives:

• Implement National Incident Based Reporting System (NIBRS) by September 1, 2019 as
required by the Texas Legislature.

Goal: Increase the excellent and efficient service provided to our customers through
updated infrastructure.

Objectives:

• Choose a location and build an animal shelter to partner with the Humane Society of
North Texas.

Goal: Provide excellent and responsive community services in a strategic location.

Objectives:

• Continue operation of a joint Southeast storefront by renewing current lease, building a
new storefront or locating a new facility.
