PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Fleet Maintenance Division is responsible for the preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs on City vehicles and equipment.
The Division's activities include fuel card management, staff training on safe operation of vehicles and equipment, processing Enterprise
replacement vehicles for deployment to City departments, vehicle registration and maintaining inventory of stocked parts. The Division
is also responsible for maintaining the City's compliance with the North Central Texas Council of Governments Clean Fleet Program.
FY 2018-2019 HIGHLIGHTS
∗ Completed and submitted the 2018 Clean Fleet report to the North Central Texas Council of Governments.
∗ Received and processed 81 vehicles from the Enterprise Fleet replacement program.
∗ Implementation of Microsoft Surface Go tablets at Mechanic work stations to increase productivity and customer service.

∗ Coordinate with user departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
