GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

 Continue working on decreasing the amount of outstanding warrants
by working closely with the collection agency.

 Purchase the necessary software and hardware to become “semi
paperless” court. This will allow us to scan all documents pertaining
to individual cases into the InCode software in case of natural
disaster, fire, etc.

 Maintain all State required training for staff.

 Work with the PD to establish a “court day” for all new recruits in
unison with their field training so they can have a better
understanding of the processes once a ticket is written.
