ENTERPRISE FUNDS
The City has two (2) Enterprise funds: the Water-Wastewater and the
Drainage Utility Funds. These funds receive all revenue through monthly
customer billings including water sales, wastewater treatment charges,
collection of solid waste, and drainage fees. Expenses include all activities
necessary to provide these services to the citizens and businesses in the
City of Richland Hills.
