OVERVIEW OF FACILITIES / CONSTRUCTION

                                          MANAGEMENT FUND


        The  Facilities/Construction  Management  Fund  is  an  internal  service  fund  used  for  the  documentation  of
        expenses  for  building  maintenance  on  all  city  maintained  facilities.  Revenues  in  this  fund  are  derived  from
        allocations charged to user departments in the City. Total expenses of $2,985,340 include operating expenses
        of  $2,964,761  and  other  expenses  of  $20,579.  This  budget  is  in  accordance  with  the  Multi-Year  Building
        Services Plan approved by City Council in 1997. The plan was updated for 2018/2019 and is included in the
        2018/2019 Capital Projects Budget.
