                         •   Submitted required Nitrification Samples for the Hurst water system as per the
                          2017 Nitrification Action Plan (NAP).
                         •   Completed 88 Commercial Meter Tests with repairs and replacements as
                          needed.
                         •   Hosted the 2018 Equipment Roadeo that represented 11 cities and 32 vendors.


                       FUTURE INITIATIVES


                         •   Continue to monitor water quality through sampling for Nitrification Triggers
                          as required in the Hurst Nitrification Action Plan (NAP).
                         •   Continue collect and submit monthly Revised Total Coliform Rule Samples
                          (RTCR) to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
                         •   Clean and inspect the North Precinct Line Elevated Storage Tank (EST),
                          Valentine EST, and Station #5 Ground Storage Tank.
                         •   Assist Engineering with the design and replacement of 5,000 to 6,000 feet of
                          deteriorated cast iron water mains.
                         •   Submit the 2018 Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) Water Loss Audit.
                         •   Submit the 2018 TWDB Water Use Survey, Conservation Report, and Utility
                          Profile.
                         •   Submit the 2018 TCEQ Utility Profile.
                         •   Submit the 2018 TCEQ Water Quality Report.
                         •   Schedule the 2018 Water Quality Report Public Meeting for July 2019.
                         •   Test a minimum of 115 Commercial Meters throughout the distribution
                          system.
                         •   Continue to manage water conservation efforts through the mandatory 2 day
                          per week watering and no watering between 10am – 6 pm that began June 24,
                          2014.
                         •   Assist in the replacement and installation of any Approved Water Replacement
                          Project.
                         •   Complete the 2nd year of the Unregulated Contaminates Monitoring Rule
                          Sampling 4 (UCMR4) as required by the Environmental Protection Agency.
                         •   Perform update to the 2014 Water Conservation and Drought Contingency
                          Water Management Plan and submit to council for approval by August 2019.
                         •   Replace obsolete Radio Telephone Units (RTU) control boards for accurate
                          communications between Fort Worth Water Meter Vaults #1 & #2, North
                          Precinct Line EST, Valentine EST and SCADA.
