                       Residential properties provide the majority of tax revenue for the City.  Personal, mineral,
                       and  real  properties  associated  with  commercial,  industrial,  and  agricultural  entities
                       provide the remainder of the ad valorem tax revenue.  The appraised values for each
                       category are listed as follows:
