A true and correct copy of this ordinance along with the approved budget attached hereto and any
amendments thereto shall be filed with the City Secretary A copy of the budget including the cover
page shall be posted on the City s website along with the record vote of each member of the City
Council as required by law In addition the City Manager is hereby directed to file or causeto be
filed a true and correct copy of this ordinance along with the approved budget attached hereto and
any amendments thereto in the office of the County Clerk of Tarrant County Texas as required by
law

SECTION 4

This ordinance shall be cumulative of all provisions of ordinances and of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Haltom City Texas 1998 as amended except where the provisions of this ordinance
are in direct conflict with the provisions of such ordinances and such Code in which event the
conflicting provisions of such ordinances and such Code are her eby repealed
