All Funds

Overall, the City’s total operating budget is $172 million and decreases 1.5% over the
FY18 Adopted Budget. The General Fund Budget represents $67.7 million of the total or
39%.

The distribution of funds is illustrated below.

The budget was first presented in a workshop session July 23rd. A public hearing on the
budget was conducted on August 21st and two public hearings on the tax rate were held
on August 21st and September 4th. The budget and tax rate were formally adopted on
September 18th.
