5‐YEAR STREET AND DRAINAGE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN
The following street paving improvements and drainage improvements plan is for the years 2019‐
2023:
The FY 2018‐2019 budget includes appropriations for projects listed in the five year the CIP‐Street program in the
general fund, street fund, and water sewer fund. As these projects are completed, the capitalizable value will be
moved to the Capital Improvements Fund. Costs are addressed on a project by project basis and potentially
funded from available fund balance in the Capital Projects Fund.
