City of Colleyville Capital Improvement Program
Water Project 10: Apple Valley Subdivision/Rustic Oaks Funding Year
Subdivisions/ Bills Lane Water Lines ‐ DESIGN 2019
Program Description
The project includes the addition of an 8” PVC line to connect Apple Valley Drive to Bills Lane, and replacement of a 2‐inch
pipeline along Black Drive with an 8‐inch pipe. This project addresses looping issues of the pipeline in that area and
bottleneck concerns of the existing 2‐inch pipe. Individual dead‐end pipelines exist on Apple Valley Drive and Bills Lane, and
existing 2‐inch bottleneck on Black Drive. These connector pipes will address those dead ends, provide increased fire flow to
the residences in that area, and remove a known bottleneck.
