Capital Budget Highlights
The adopted Capital Improvement Program (CIP) includes $43.1 million in funding for 30 projects. This total

allocation consists of $25.3 million in cash funding, $15.6 million from the issuance of Certificates of Obligation
bonds, and $2.2 million from Third Party Funding. A detailed breakdown of the approved funding is provided
