The Facilities Management division is responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and efficiency
of all city-owned buildings and grounds. This division provides comprehensive maintenance, custodial,
and repair services while overseeing facility upgrades and capital projects. Through preventive
maintenance and energy-efficiency initiatives, Facilities Management ensures that municipal buildings
remain reliable, sustainable, and cost-effective. By managing space needs and supporting operational
functions across departments, Facilities Management plays a vital role in maintaining an environment
