The Historic Downtown budget directly strengthens the heart of Mansfield by providing the resources
needed to help revitalize and sustain our historic area. This enables the strategic implementation of the
city council’s downtown initiatives, supporting small businesses, improving historic buildings and
infrastructure, enhancing the experience for downtown visitors and residents, and fueling vibrant
community programming. In short, this budget ensures Downtown Mansfield remains a thriving, livable,
and economically productive district that benefits the entire city.
