DEBT SERVICE FUNDS
The General Obligation Debt Service Fund is used to account for payment of principal and interest on the City of
Mansfield’s general obligation bonds and capital lease payments.
Revenue Debt Service Funds are used to account for Revenue Bonds whose principal and interest are payable from
earnings of the City of Mansfield’s Enterprise Funds.
Special Revenue Debt Service Funds are used to account for Sales Tax Revenue Bonds whose principal and interest are
