CODE COMPLIANCE
Program Description
Code Compliance enforces the codes, responds to related complaints, protects historically significant
structures, and administers the demolition program. Code compliance may issue citations when
warranted for failure to comply with City ordinances. Code compliance may also be contracted or
arrange for resident assistance (mowing, demolition, etc.) while placing a lien on the property for the
cost of the assistance.
