Summary:

In April 2023, the Arlington Economic Development Milestone Estimated Actual
Corporation and City Council approved a master Completion Completion
agreement with E-Space, a start-up satellite Phase I Design Dec. 2024 Feb. 2025
manufacturer. The master agreement provides a Develop and execute all Dec. 2024
framework for the project and contemplates subsequent agreements
development of future agreements, including a lease, Begin Construction May 2025
development agreement, and performance agreement.

The AEDC plans to construct a 250,000 square foot
manufacturing facility and associated infrastructure for
E-Space to occupy. E-Space will commit to provide a
minimum of 400 jobs within 5 years of initial occupancy
of the space.

Update:
Project was re-noticed for $115M at EDC in June
because the State did not come through with funding.
Subsequent agreements are in process and will come
forward to EDC and Council in late summer.
