COMMUNITY SERVICES AT A GLANCE
Budget Summary
The Community Services Department includes Public Grounds, Senior Lifestyles, the Public Library, and
the Historical Museum and Man House, as well as programming and services in the Mansfield Park
Facilities Development Corporation (see the MPFDC fund).
The Community Services budget increased 2.17% in FY 2024-2025. No new personnel were added.
Operations and maintenance costs saw a modest increase for Library outreach programs and part-time
salary increases. Otherwise, this department’s budget remained rather flat.
