            Develop an employee listening framework that proatively captures insights at key stages of the employee lifecycle to increase data-

            Transform hiring strategies by streamlining processes and optimizing technology to reduce time-to-fill and improve the candidate
            Use employee insights and data to personalize benefits offerings and develop a recognition program that reinforces core values and
            fosters a culture of appreciation.
            Establish a comprehensive accident prevention and safety strategy that proactively mitigates risks, promotes a culture of safety, and
            ensures compliance with industry best practices.

            Achieve and sustain at least an 80% participation rate in employee surveys across key lifecycle stages (new hire/exit) to ensure data
            collection for informed decision-making.
            Reduce average time-to-fill by 10%.
            Establish a benchmark for decreasing workplace incidents; 100% compliance in annual safety audits.
               The new HR Director has established new performance measures. FY2024-2025 will be the baseline for data
               collection.
