In FY 2022-2023, $2.9M in park improvements were made. Funds are transferred from the Mansfield
Park Facilities Development Corporation’s operating fund to help pay for these construction projects. In
FY 2022-2023, the transfer did not occur, resulting in a negative fund balance. This should be corrected
with the FY 2023-2024 actuals.
