Description: Project will expand numerous areas of the facility resulting in approximately 32,500
additional square feet. Areas to be expanded include the fitness area, classrooms, and childwatch.
The project is currently undergoing planning and design with construction potentially beginning
in FY2026 or FY2027.

Funding Source: Multiple
Description: This project will complete the multi-year administrative building remodels along
with wastewater train improvements. Funding will also be used to rehab water and sewer lines in
and around the downtown area, complete phase 2 of the golf course water line, replace various
aerial sewer crossings, and rehab the Dove sewer force main.
