            FUND PURPOSE AND GOALS

In addition to the outstanding general obligation debt, the Water & Sewer Prior Lien Debt Service Fund includes
state revolving loan debt used to fund projects which update, upgrade, or improve the city’s current water & sewer
system. It also includes long-range development and planning of the systems. This debt works in conjunction with
the city’s other water & sewer debt in that issues are subordinate liens to the primary water & sewer system debt.

All debt obligations were relieved in FY2020 and no outstanding obligations remain for FY2025.
