The Public Works Department plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life in the City of Colleyville by providing
essential services that ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the community. Public Works is dedicated to proactive
planning for future needs, managing public investments, promoting environmental quality, and safeguarding the health
and safety of citizens.

The department is responsible for overseeing the design and construction of new public infrastructure and ensuring the
maintenance and repair of existing municipal infrastructure. Public Works is committed to delivering these vital services in
an ef cient and timely manner, consistently striving to meet the community's needs.

The department’s programs are funded through the General Fund, Drainage Fund, and Utility Fund, ensuring that essential
services are sustained and delivered effectively.
