SECTION VIII

The necessity of adopting and approving a proposed Budget for the next fiscal year as
required by the laws of the State of Texas requires that this Ordinance shall take effect
immediately from and after its passage, and it is accordingly so ordained.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Benbrook, Tarrant

County, Texas, on this 19 day of September 2024, at a meeting open to the public after
notice thereof being given as required by law.
