Facilities Maintenance Manager
Facilities Maintenance is responsible for the management of building operations and maintenance activities in order to
maintain and improve the City's infrastructure. Facilities Maintenance provides general maintenance, custodial services,
heating and air conditioning (HVAC) control, security and re system monitoring, and outstanding customer service to 15
facilities spread throughout Bedford. Staff also coordinate annual elevator inspections, window cleaning, pest control, carpet
cleaning, oor maintenance, boiler inspections, re alarm system inspections, re extinguisher inspections, and re sprinkler
system inspections.
