Outside of the proportionate share of investment interest, revenue for the Public Seizure Fund
(31) comes from property seizures related to law enforcement activity. Expenditures are
confined to law enforcement uses. For FY24 minor tool purchases are budgeted to use the
remaining balance of the fund.
