IMPACT FEE FUNDS
The Impact Fee Funds are funds for development activity which will impact
current infrastructure systems. Developers are assessed fees which are
used by the City to create improvements to the infrastructure systems to
offset the impacts. For the City of Keller, the funds considered to be Impact
Fee Funds are the Parkland Dedication Fund, Roadway Impact Fee Fund,
Water Impact Fee Fund, and the Wastewater Fee Fund.
Note: These funds are considered non-operating funds and are provided for information
purposes only.
