The Board of Directors meets in an annual meeting in November and as called by the Chairman.
QUORUM
Four members constitute a quorum.
OFFICERS
The TIF Board of Directors Chairman is appointed by the City Council; the Vice-Chairman and
Secretary are elected from among its members.
