PURPOSE STATEMENT:
To allocate costs that are shared by some or all the departments.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
To prudently manage City risks.
To properly maintain and keep the City's information technology system up-to-date.
KEY POINTS OF PROPOSED BUDGET:
Personnel Services: Increase for annual employee step increase and 5% adjustment to City pay plan. These
costs are shown here for presentation purposes only and will be allocated out to the various departments.
Contractual Services: Increase for tax appraisal/collection services with the appraisal districts and the
Tarrant County Tax Office.
