             Facilities Expenses


             Facilities  expenses  are  associated  with  city-owned  buildings,  and  include  routine  building
             maintenance, daily utilities, insurance, and information technology. Overall facilities expenses
             are projected to decrease by $30,000, as we installed new city entrance signs last year and
             have no large project this year.  The equipment line includes funds to replace AC units at city
             hall when they are unrepairable and to keep the building in good repair.  The building is 15
             years old, and ongoing maintenance and upkeep is increasing in frequency.
