Overland Park Amenity
Program Description
This project consists of constructing a new amenity at the Overland Park Facility.
Total Project Cost $100,000
Potential Operational Cost Increase $5,000; Annual maintenance for the amenity will likely be minimal, as this will be a new
structure at a park with an existing maintenance budget. Regardless, over time the wear-and-tear of the amenity will
necessitate higher repair and replacement costs, to be rolled in with the Parks Department's equipment rotation.
