Senior Center Renovations
Program Description
This project will provide major renovations to the Senior Center facility.
Total Project Cost $1,100,000
Potential Operational Cost Increase < $20,000; Much of the maintenance is already accounted for. However, renovation of the
center will include substantial upgrades in equipment, which will likely increase maintenance costs at least marginally. This will
be funded by the CEDC.
