Historic Fire Station Renovation
Program Description
This request is for the renovation and beauti cation of the re department annex building located at 1900 Hall Johnson Rd.
Within this request is the reinforcement of the interior side of the sheet metal walls to support the exterior stucco addition. The
exterior will be adorned with stucco above a masonry veneer.
Total Project Cost $50,000
Potential Operational Cost Increase $0; All maintenance is already accounted for.
