The 2021-2022 Economic Development Corporation 4B (EDC4B) includes $800,048 in revenues, which
represents a $76,108 increase from the prior year.
The main sources of revenue in the EDC4B Fund are sales taxes and rental income, which accounts for
64.3% and 30.4%, respectively of all revenue.
